#BrideDiet a cup of these little guys taste like potato chips and have only… 20 CALORIES! They’re amazing.
Slice a whole zucchini with a mandoline, spray a cookie sheet and place evenly, spray the tops and sprinkle with just a little salt (they shrink, so if you put a normal amount of salt on them they will turn out salty). Bake at 225 for about an hour and fifteen minutes or until they are crunchy and awesome.
Lasagna made with sliced zucchini, turkey meat sauce, sauteed mushrooms and cheeses!
#BrideDiet- the sauce is made from ground turkey, beef bouillon, red wine, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning- nothing bad there! The mushrooms are sauteed with a little butter substitute and seasoning. I only did one layer of riccotta cheese- with part skim and low fat parm. The top layer is the only negative- low fat mozzarella cheese and fresh parm.

#BrideDiet – no carbs in the meatloaf- only ground turkey, diced mushrooms and onions, powdered parm, eggs and seasoning. Mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes! No carbs! And yummy fresh veggies.
